Hotel Jaypee Palace is the venue hotel. M/s Cox & Kings (I) Ltd. are the official travel agent for the Congress and have blocked rooms at various hotels for the delegates attending the Congress at special discounted rates. In order to book the rooms you are requested to fill in the hotel accommodation and tour request form and send it to M/s Cox & Kings (I) Ltd., along with the payment for the proposed duration of stay. As September being the conference and tourist season, we recommend you to block the hotel rooms well in advance by July 30, 2008 failing which rooms will be provided subject to availability.

1. The rates are including Breakfast. Taxes Extra
2. Hotel Payment Policy : Payment for the entire duration of stay at the time of booking.
3. Hotel Cancellation Policy: No cancellation charge if rooms are cancelled before July 30, 2008. Beyond this, if rooms are cancelled, the advance deposited will be forfeited.
