How to reach Agra

New Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport) is the nearest international Airport for
Agra. Flights arrive generally in New Delhi late evening or early morning.

Distance to Agra: Approx 200 km / 4 hrs drive

On arrival at New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport: Cox & Kings (I) Ltd. shall
welcome the delegates at the airport and arrange their transfer to Agra hotels. On arrival after completing the immigration formalities and collecting your baggage from the belt you will come out from the green channel. After crossing custom there will be a WTC 2008 hospitality desk in between the custom area and arrival hall on 20th & 21st September 2008. The staff at the hospitality desk will assist you for the transport to Agra. There will be a shuttle service from New Delhi to Agra with comfortable seating on payment basis every 2 hours on 20th & 21st September 2008. Delegates arriving on other dates (provided their intimation is received in advance) shall also be received in the arrival hall of IGI International airport and will be facilitated for the journey to Agra.

By Air Conditioned Car : US$ 165 By Air Conditioned Coach : US$ 55 per person

Similar arrangement shall be made to pick up delegates from their respective hotels after the end of WTC 2008 and bring them back to the airport at New Delhi.

For those participants who may like to go by train (Shatabdi Express), which departs New Delhi early morning at 06:15 hrs and reaches Agra at 08:05 hrs. (Breakfast on Board). Please contact M/s. Cox & Kings (I) Limited for reservations. Train tickets will be arranged by M/s. Cox & Kings (I) Ltd. on receipt of the information as given in the Hotel Accommodation and Tour Request Form.

Package Cost:

US$ 55 which includes transfer from New Delhi Airport to Railway Station and from Agra Cantt. Railway station to the hotel of stay. Train fare is subject to change. In case of any major fuel hike there will be a change in cost which shall be advised in advance. Similar facility shall be available for return journey to New Delhi too.
