Refund and Cancellation Policy1. Registration FeesRefunds are available for Registration Fees. If you are already registered but unable to attend the Congress, you should notify the Secretariat for refund through a written request via email. Refund will be made upon the receipt of request as follows:
2. Accommodation Fees:Cancellation of hotel bookings will incur a cancellation fee which can vary according to the hotel. Refund Processing Time:Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive any refund.4. Substitution Policy:Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing via email. Registrants who fail to attend the Congress and do not notify Common Ground Publishing are responsible for full payment. Payment Policy: Full payment will be required at the time of confirmation of the tour Cancellation & Refund Policy on Tours: If cancelled: 90 days before the commencement of the tour : 10% of the Tour Cost will be deducted 60-89 days : 25% of the Tour Cost will be deducted 45-60 days : 75% of the Tour Cost will be deducted Less than 45 days : No Refund |
