Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fees

Refunds are available for Registration Fees. If you are already registered but unable to attend the Congress, you should notify the Secretariat for refund through a written request via email. Refund will be made upon the receipt of request as follows:

• Request received until 31st July 2008: 70% refund.
• Request received after 1st August 2008: No refund.
  
  

2. Accommodation Fees:

Cancellation of hotel bookings will incur a cancellation fee which can vary according to the hotel. Please inquire about the cancellation fee at:

3. Refund Processing Time:

Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive any refund.

4. Substitution Policy:

Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing via email. Registrants who fail to attend the Congress and do not notify Common Ground Publishing are responsible for full payment. Please submit your requests to:

5. About these Conditions

These conditions may be updated from time to time. The current agreement is posted on every page of this website and replaces all earlier agreements. Please return to these conditions regularly to check for updates. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Delhi state in India, where CBIP Hq. office and development team are located.

Terms & Conditions

Tour cost includes:

• Minimum 10 persons required for the operation of the tour
• Hotel Accommodation in a Superior Hotels inclusive of breakfast and taxes as per the itinerary
• All applicable entrance fee at the monument of visit
• Services on an English Speaking Guide
• Travel & Sightseeing by an air-conditioned vehicle

Tour cost does not include:

• Any item of personal nature like laundry, telephone, alcohol etc
• Any item not included in the cost includes (3.09% Govt. Service Tax Extra on gross billing). Airfare is mentioned separately.

PS: Airfare and Timings and Govt. Service taxes are subject to change.

Payment Policy:
Full payment will be required at the time of confirmation of the tour

Cancellation & Refund Policy on Tours:

If cancelled: 90 days before the commencement of the tour : 10% of the Tour Cost will be deducted
60-89 days : 25% of the Tour Cost will be deducted
45-60 days : 75% of the Tour Cost will be deducted
Less than 45 days : No Refund
